Since the start of the situation in Eastern Europe, Kelly has worked to protect the safety and well-being of our employees in the region while honoring our commitments to our customers and our people. While Kelly does not operate in Ukraine, we delivered talent solutions in Russia for more than 25 years.
Today, I can share that Kelly has completed a transaction that will ultimately result in the transfer of our Russian business to a business process outsourcing firm within the country, and is no longer operating in Russia.
As a company, we continue to hope for a peaceful resolution to the difficult and painful situation in Ukraine that has deeply affected so many people across the world.
