Completing onboarding documents is easy - all paperwork is generated by the Kelly Now app, including tax forms and your I-9. Because many of the jobs offered by Kelly Now do not require additional screening or waiting, you’re hired faster and one step closer to payday (which is weekly, by the way!). Positions requiring additional screening (i.e. drug or background) are clearly noted in the job description, so you'll always know what to expect. 

In many cases, yes! Many jobs listed on the Kelly Now app are eligible for instant hiring, meaning as soon as you accept the position in the Kelly Now app, you’ve committed to working that job.

However, some jobs in Kelly Now still require additional review of candidate qualifications. But don’t worry, we’ll make sure it goes as quickly and smoothly as possible, keeping you updated every step of the way.
