Supplier Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program
Our approach to the selection, engagement, and management of underrepresented business in countries where we work.
Going further together. It’s just good business.
Innovation starts with supplier diversity. Kelly should know. For more than 75 years, we’ve had a deep and growing commitment to providing equal opportunity to all businesses. The Kelly Supplier Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (SDE&I) program helps companies around the globe become stronger supply and staffing partners—and enjoy access to greater business rewards.
Every day we leverage hundreds of diverse staffing organizations worldwide, both as partners and as subcontractors, to support our customers’ various diversity initiatives. Our SDE&I strategy expands to our global supplier network and their workforce, providing resources and opportunities for growing their revenue and spurring economic development.
Through best practice sharing, benchmarking, and industry guidelines, we have developed a robust supplier diversity process that delivers millions of dollars of diverse spend annually while also maintaining recruitment, talent pool, and service requirements.
